The process begins with a conversation. This can take place in the workshop or remotely. We discuss what you’re looking to have made, how you want the garment to fit, and how it will be worn.

If conducted in person, we can move directly into material selection and measurements. Remote consultations will be followed by an in-person session.

You’ll select from a curated range of denim, thread, and hardware. This includes decisions around weight, texture, wash potential, and details such as rivets, buttons, and closure type.

Each choice plays a role in how the garment will age and wear over time.

Your measurements are taken and translated into a custom pattern. This stage defines the structure, proportions, and overall fit of the garment.

Each pattern is developed specifically for the individual — not adapted from a generic block.

A test garment is created using calico or similar fabric. This allows the fit and proportions to be refined before cutting into final materials.

Adjustments are made here to ensure accuracy and comfort.

Once the pattern is finalised, the garment is constructed using the selected materials. Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished with attention to durability, detail, and finish.
